Julian wears fairly unassuming clothes, including jeans, a pair of tennis shoes that probably should be replaced, and dark T-shirts, often matched with light hoodies depending on the weather. He carries his gear in a grey-green backpack that has clearly seen some years of use, and wears his pokeballs on a strap he carries like a bandolier.

Julian is a thinker. He is perhaps not the physical match for most people, but he is a careful planner and adventurer, someone who likes to be prepared and who uses his pokemon as both friends and tools. He is not so much shy as pensive, comfortable in groups but not the first to speak. He has a quiet confidence in his pokemon and his team, which he has spent a lot of time training in Johto, quite seriously.
History:
Starting in Johto after being impressed with the steel success of Gym Leader Jasmine. With a pidgey at his side he went forth into the world, adding to his team an espeon and, later, a Skarmory (in part way honor of . Travel among a few of the gyms led to some success, but personal frustrations with life in Johto, and having trouble making friends while so focused on his training led to the decision to go to Lialta, with the hope of starting over and having an adventure more worthy of the ones in his head that never seemed to become reality in Johto.
