History:
In good terms with his parents, but not as much with his identical twin sister, to whom he feels a bond from birth. Unable to come to terms with her, he has left her alone in Fiume to let time heal wounds as it always does. He's only just getting used to his sister's transition. Identical twins are never too different from each other, so why is she? Under the control of his parents' purse-strings, he is trying to undermine Lani's work so she has to return home. He's in it for the long haul.
