Tall, lanky, with short, messy auburn hair, shorter on the left, obviously trimmed by themself. Two long tendrils behind each ear come down to about the shoulder. Sunken, brown eyes. Tan skin, with heavy freckling around the nose, base of the neck, side of the shoulders, forearms, back, and thighs. They are most usually scene in a raggedy t-shirt of varying colors, and a pair of old jean shorts with several holes, on top of a just as holey pair of tights ripped off at the knee. Old bandages are wrapped around their feet as shoes, as well as around the wrist and palms to help with climbing. Sometimes steals clothes from hangers outside to more easily blend in, in heavily populated areas.
Personality:
Stubborn, independent, strong-willed, street smart due to their upbringing. Also weary of people, naive, distrustful, and skittish. They will protect their partner at any cost, and value the lives of all Pokemon, even above human lives.
History:
When Alcher was five, a lab explosion in Lilycove City claimed the lives of all of her immediate family-- mother, father, uncle, and her older brother. She had been playing outside when the accident occurred, and frightened by the fire, ran into the woods just east of Lilycove, disappearing. Her parents had been scientists working at the lab, and though the police searched for Alcher after the explosion, they decided she must've been claimed by the fire and was dead. She ran until she couldn't run anymore, and found herself lost and scared. That was when a pack of Pyroar and Litleo found her, almost as out of place as the tiny girl herself. They took her in, and she grew up in that forest with those Pokemon, befriending a tiny female Litleo, which she affectionately named Löwenmaul.
Hopping from region to region by stowing away on ships and planes allowed Alcher to explore a wide range of areas, always taking her companion with her, and learning from the people she observed. She's not completely incapable of interacting with people, but is guarded and awkward. Making friends with the local wild Pokemon is a breeze, however. After hopping on a cargo ship, Alcher found herself in Lialta, ready to explore new territory.
